What we do

Four jobs, done properly.

Siding is the one part of a house that takes every storm, every 105° afternoon and every freeze head-on. When it fails, water does not stop at the board — it keeps going.

Full siding replacement

Tear-off down to the sheathing, repair whatever is behind it, new weather barrier, then your new siding installed to the manufacturer's spec.

  • Fiber cement, engineered wood and vinyl
  • Rotten sheathing and framing replaced, not covered
  • House wrap and flashing detailed at every opening

Chimney chase re-siding Our specialty

The tallest, most exposed box on your roof — and the one most crews quote around. We re-side it, repair the framing underneath and detail the cap so water runs off it.

  • Full chase re-side above and below the roofline
  • Rotted chase framing rebuilt
  • Chase cap and flashing fitted to shed water

Repair & storm damage

Cracked boards, hail strikes, woodpecker holes, a wall that went soft after a leak. We open it up, find how far the water travelled, and replace what is actually damaged.

  • Section repairs blended into existing siding
  • Rot traced back to its source
  • Photo documentation for your insurance claim

Trim, fascia & soffit

The pieces that rot first, because they catch the water the roof sheds. Replacing siding and leaving soft trim behind only hides the problem.

  • Fascia, soffit, rake and corner boards
  • Window and door trim rebuilt
  • Everything primed and sealed before it goes up
The part everyone skips

Your chimney chase is siding too.

On most Texas homes the chimney is not brick all the way up — it is a tall wood-framed box wrapped in the same siding as your walls. It sits higher than anything else, catches wind from every direction, and bakes in full sun all day. It fails first, and almost nobody is set up to work on it.

  • It leaks where you cannot see itWater gets past a failed chase and runs down inside the framing, into the ceiling below — long before a stain shows up.
  • Working at that height needs setupScaffolding, roof protection and a crew that works above the roofline — which is why most siding quotes quietly leave the chase out.
  • The cap matters as much as the sidingA flat or rusted chase cap pours water straight into the box. New siding over a bad cap buys you a season.

Warning signs

By the time it looks bad outside, it has been wet inside.

Siding fails from behind. If you can see any of these from the driveway, water has already been getting in for a while.

  • 1Boards that feel soft or spongyPress a corner near the bottom of a wall. If it gives, the board is holding water.
  • 2Paint peeling in sheets, not flakesThat is moisture pushing out from the back of the board, not sun damage on the front.
  • 3Gaps opening at joints and cornersCaulk has let go and every one of those gaps is an open door in a sideways rain.
  • 4Dark streaking below the chimney chaseWater is getting past the cap or the chase siding and running down your wall.
  • 5Wasps, woodpeckers or squirrels at the sidingThey do not start on solid board. They go where it is already soft.
How it works

Three steps, no surprises.

You will know what we found, what it costs and how long it takes before we start.

Step One

Free on-site inspection

We walk every elevation, check the chase, the trim and the soffit, and photograph anything that is failing. It takes about an hour and it costs nothing.

Step Two

Written scope and estimate

You get the photos and a written scope — what we found, what we would replace, what we would leave alone, and the price. Nothing begins until you say so.

Step Three

The work, then the walk-through

We protect the landscaping, tear off, repair what is underneath, install, clean up, and walk the finished job with you before we load the trailer.

Our work

Real jobs, real crews.

Questions

Before you call anyone.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. We walk the exterior, photograph what we find and send it to you with a written scope. There is no charge and no obligation to book work with us. If what you have is fine, we will tell you that too.

Do I have to replace all of my siding?

Often not. If damage is confined to a few walls or one elevation, a section repair blended into the existing siding is the right call. Full replacement makes sense when boards are failing across the house or when what is behind them is wet. The inspection is what tells us which one you are looking at.

What exactly is a chimney chase?

On most homes built in the last few decades, the chimney above the roof is not masonry — it is a wood-framed box clad in siding, with a metal cap on top. That box is called the chase. It takes more weather than any other surface on the house, which is why it tends to be the first thing to fail and the first thing water gets behind.

Can you work with my insurance claim?

We document damage thoroughly with photos and a written scope, which is what an adjuster needs to see. We are not an insurance company and we do not handle the claim for you, but plenty of homeowners use our report as part of theirs.

How long does a siding replacement take?

It depends on the size of the house and what we find once the old siding is off. A chimney chase is usually a short job; a full exterior is measured in days, not hours. You will get a realistic timeline in the written scope, not a guess on the phone.

Which areas do you cover?

Dallas, Fort Worth and the surrounding Metroplex — including Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Irving, Garland, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Carrollton, Lewisville, Grand Prairie and Mansfield. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask.
